Dacha / Zoa

Over 2020, quarantined in a canyon in LA’s San Gabriel Mountains, I delved deeper into electronica, beatmaking, and synthesizers. Combined with live instruments and field recordings, steeped in a blend of nature and electronics, this completely different approach to making music let me tap into sci-fi visions of alien worlds, soundscapes, and other dimensions that I haven’t been able to fully explore through music until now.

So, here’s ‘Zoa,’ four tracks that I hope paint four pictures of distinct but connected worlds in your mind–underwater realms, floating cities with towering spires that vanish in the clouds, carnivalesque rites of lost civilizations, or some wild land of your own invention.
